Heatmap: Assign colors to discrete values

Hi,

I want to plot a 2D array with heatmap. The array consists of 1s, 2s and 3s. Now I want to assign each value a color, e.g. 1: black, 2: green, 3: blue.

I just can’t figure out how I can do that.
